DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can order and go straight to checkout using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express as methods of payment. 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If the order you have placed is not bespoke or personalised and has not been set to the printers. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. All orders outside of the UK will be sent tracked and signed for. The postage will be added when you place the order.

WHICH DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU USE AND HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We use Royal Mail First/Second Class as standard. 

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

Please email hello@squiffyprint.co.uk with your order number and queries as soon as you think there is something wrong and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. If you have placed your order through notonthehighstreet.com then please contact us through the corresponding platform. 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately as each item is custom printed we will not refund or exchange an item unless this item is faulty. Please send pictures of any faults along with your order number to hello@squiffyprint.co.uk and we will look to ship you a new one asap.

CAN YOU PRINT PRODUCTS IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR ON DIFFERENT ITEMS?
